Born in Georgia but raised in North Carolina, Chris is a 15-year veteran at UFP. He started as a Design Trainee and worked in several design roles, including Designer, Design Manager, and Regional Design Manager leading up to the Regional General Manager of Operations.

In 2016 Chris participated in the company's Starz program. Starz is a two-year leadership program designed to give participants the skills and competencies they'll need to support our organic and acquisition growth. It covers everything from leadership development to understanding the P&L. Chris graduated from the program in 2018.

Today Chris is the National Director of Site Built Design. He oversees all three design regions, which consist of nearly three hundred designers across the country. He is currently working on various initiatives for our design teams, including new products and service development to better provide for our customers, recruiting, and employee development, with a major focus on our industry-leading design and design management training programs.

Chris is also working on TrussTrax development and expansion. Trusstrax is a first-of-its-kind app that allows customers to receive real-time order information on their phone or computer whenever and wherever they need it.

Chris resides in North Carolina with his wife and three children, who are very active in sports and other extracurricular activities. Chris himself is busy with sports, either participating or attending sporting events. He loves the outdoors and traveling with his family.
