Zach was hired in 2006 as a full-time outside consultant for two UFP subsidiaries in Nevada. He was brought on as the Framing Operations Manager for Texas in 2007. He then became the Sales Manager for San Antonio and Kyle, Texas, and UFP Framing for four years before being promoted to Regional General Manager of Operations. In 2020 he became the Regional Vice President for UFP Site Built/West.
