Evelyn Rodriguez is the National Recruiter for UFP Site Built and is originally from San Diego, California. Evelyn attended Grossmont College in San Diego and started at UFP Riverside in Southern California in 2018 before transitioning to the Site Built Team in 2021.
She possesses over 15+ Years of Recruiting Experience, recruiting for a wide gamut of industries, including Construction, Gaming, Government, Professional, Technology, and other sectors. A firm believer in the power of positive thinking, she’s always been very passionate about recruiting and felt it came naturally to her early on. She enjoys assisting her Site Built Team with finding the talent they need while being able to help candidates with their job search and finding the perfect match in UFP.
Evelyn loves hanging out with her two sons, other family and friends and enjoys the beach, camping, fishing, road trips, and traveling.
