Operations Vice President

Mike is a native Texan and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in economics. His career began at Ferguson Enterprises, where he was a management trainee from 1998 to 2001. He also worked for Christianson A/C and Plumbing as a purchasing manager, account manager, and general manager from 2001 to 2017.
After spending 18 years in the plumbing industry, Mike joined UFP in 2017 as a regional operations manager, later becoming the Regional General Manager of Operations. In January 2020, Mike was named regional GMO, overseeing UFP San Antonio, UFP Kyle plants, and San Antonio Framing. In addition, Mike worked to expand and align Texas Site Built operations, including the New Waverly Site Built plant, the Hillsboro Site Built expansion, and the Temple Texas plant start-up. In 2023, he took on the new role of Operations Vice President for Site Built West.
He is a 5-year veteran with UFP and resides in Texas with his wife and children. He enjoys family and the outdoors, fishing, and hunting in his free time. If he is not in the mountains, he is likely thinking about how to get there.
