Our design team is at the core of our product offering. With nearly 300 designers across the nation, we work hard, we work smart, and we work together to ensure you receive best-in-class service, top quality products, and the support we are known for, regardless of your location. Many on our design team have been with us for over fifteen years, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the table. Our innovative designers consistently look for ways to add value by optimizing the construction process through the design of each component, utilizing software that enables 3D imaging and multi-component modeling for accuracy and full code compliance.

UFP Site Built has one of the most comprehensive design training programs in the industry. Students learn everything they need to know for a rewarding career in component design. We offer dedicated training programs for new hires, including post-training mentorship and support. Technology

TRUSSTRAX®: A Game Changer

The UFP Site Built Design Team does not stop at components. We are constantly looking for ways to help our customers leverage technology to improve their projects. Our state-of-the-art TRUSSTRAX® app provides real-time information about your components. Every truss and wall panel we manufacture has a QR code affixed to it so that onsite personnel can look up all information pertaining to their order with just a smartphone or tablet.
